Why Do I need to pre-book?
The reason why you should pre-book is because you can reserve your airport lounge and its one less thing to worry about or to arrange and our booking agents have negotiated savings in the cost by pre-booking your Airport Lounge instead of turning up on the day to pay the 'on the day price'. The airport lounges are supervised by trained staff who will only permit invited guests entry into the Airport lounge to avoid disappointment you should always pre-book your airport lounge admission.

Can I book at Short Notice?
Yes you can as entry into the airport lounge is usually no problem and can be reserved and booked online the day before your flight. Airport Lounges are staffed by courteous, well trained airline staff who have an overall responsibility to the well being of the lounge visitors. They may refuse admission to all those who turn up without a reservation during peak periods as they will not permit the lounge to become busy and crowded as this is contrary to the purpose of the tranquillity offered by the airport lounge.

When will I know my booking is completed?
You will know when your booking is confirmed and completed when you book online and complete the secure payment process and receive your confirmation email with the details of your booking.

My Wife is Disabled Can I still book?
Yes, we welcome people with disabilities into Airport Lounges which are both spacious and pleasantly accommodating for people with disabilities. Under the disability law all airport lounges conform to the rules for wheelchair access. If you prefer to speak to a person then simply call the help line and ask your questions and obtain your booking over the phone, if you so prefer, to reassure yourself.

How Long Can I stay?
You can stay in the Airport Lounge for as long as necessary before your flight and enjoy the tranquillity and refreshments.

Do I Have to Pay Anything?
The refreshments such as non alcoholic drinks and light snacks are provided completely free to all invited guests of the airport lounge including newspapers magazines and most airport lounges have free Internet Access and some even have meeting rooms. You will have to pay for alcoholic drinks and champagne which is on offer and for a private meeting room.

I need a VAT Receipt?
The VAT number of the booking agent you have chosen will be printed on the bottom of the booking confirmation you receive be email or by post.

How safe is my credit card when I pay?
Your credit or debit card is very secure as all the agents we use secure payment merchant facilities which are at least up to 128bit encryption and up to the industry standard incorporating SSL security with https and displaying the padlock for your peace of mind. I have lost my voucher email what do I do?
If you have sufficient time you can email your details to the booking agent and confirm your departure details and reference number if you have it or phone the customer help line and they will retrieve your booking and re send it to you by email or by post.

Can I Take My Children With Me?
Yes, you may bring your children in the participating airport lounges however you must keep your children under control so as not to cause any annoyance to other lounge visitors. You may be asked to leave if at anytime it is considered your children are causing any annoyance to the well being of the lounge's peaceful environment.

Can I change my booking?
You can normally amend your booking online or by phone if you prefer all you will need is your booking reference number, date of travelling and the email you used to make the booking or alternatively you can phone the customer booking helpline to amend your booking over the phone.

Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes you can if you prefer not to book online but you must allow at least 10 days prior to your departure day to enable your cheque to be received and cleared and your booking confirmation to be posted to you. The availability of your preferred postal bookings by cheque can not be secured until your payment is received by the booking agent.
